In one of the latest incidents, police responded to the 600 block of Beechwood Avenue around 1:10 a.m. after multiple ShotSpotter notifications detected gunfire. Officers located one shooting victim at the scene, while a second individual later arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound to the shoulder after being transported in a private vehicle.
